The GM bungee mount compass is a type of underwater navigation tool used by scuba divers particularly technical and DIR (Doing It Right) divers, that replaces traditional rubber wrist straps with elastic bungee cords. This design allows the compass to self-adjust in size as a diver’s neoprene wetsuit or dry suit compresses due to water pressure at depth.

Features & Specifications

The GM bungee mount compass maintains a snug fit on the wrist or forearm even as suit thickness decreases at depth. Features a 30-inch bungee cord, large ratcheting bezel, and luminescent face. The designs support both top-down and side-window “gun-sight” reading for precise headings. Equipped with a secure 360° ratcheting bezel that can be operated easily even with thick gloves. Can be put on or removed with one hand in seconds, while the mount can often be adapted to attach to consoles or other equipment.
Available colors: black, gray, blue, yellow.
