Returns + Exchanges

At GM Sports, customer satisfaction comes first.

You can request a return or exchange under these conditions:

Request within 7 days of receiving your order

Product must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging

Proof of purchase is required

Returns are not accepted for:

Used or damaged products

Items damaged due to misuse

Clearance or final sale items

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or sent incorrectly.

Refunds or exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
